How do I cancel my subscription?
TL;DR
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle with no penalties.
You can cancel the subscription before the next billing cycle and without penalties. Cancellation stops future renewal, but it does not turn the current month into an open ended project or extend unused capacity. It is a monthly model, simple and without operational lock in.
Cancellation should not require a strange negotiation
A design and development subscription should be useful while your team uses it. If priorities change, demand drops, or you need to move into a different project, it makes sense to be able to stop. There is no value in retaining a client that no longer has an active work queue.
What does make sense is organizing the exit: closing active tasks, reviewing what remains pending, and making sure relevant files or materials are where your team can find them.
What to review before canceling
- Active requests: identify what is in progress and what should be closed before the cutoff.
- Shared materials: make sure you have access to Figma, Webflow, documents, and delivered assets.
- Pending priorities: decide what stays for another time and what should be solved now.
- Next cycle: request cancellation before the next billing cycle starts.
No lock in does not mean no process
Ander.Agency works with the idea that the client should not get trapped. That applies to the subscription and also to web projects, where the site should remain under the client’s control. If you want to go deeper into that criterion, we have a guide on how to choose an agency without getting locked in.
Cancel when the subscription stops supporting real demand, not when one week gets quieter.
