What is included in the subscription plan?

Each plan includes a monthly block of design and development hours that can be used across branding, social media, print, and web projects.

Can I submit multiple requests at the same time?

Yes, you can submit as many requests as you like. We work through them in order of priority based on your available monthly hours.

How does the request process work?

You submit requests through our shared workspace (such as Asana or Slack). Tasks are queued and prioritized, and you always have visibility into what is in progress and what’s next.

Do unused hours roll over to the next month?

No, unused hours do not roll over. Each plan resets every month.

What kind of work can I request?

You can request brand and graphic design, marketing assets, web and UI design, and Webflow development and maintenance. The Scale plan also includes product design (UX/UI).

What happens if my project requires more than design work?

Our subscription plans focus on design services. If your request involves additional needs, contact us and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate it.

How fast is delivery?

Delivery speed depends on task size and your plan. Starter offers flexible delivery, Growth delivers weekly, and Scale provides weekly delivery with express prioritization.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle with no penalties.

Are there any additional fees?

There are no hidden fees. Costs for third-party assets such as fonts, stock images, or licenses are billed separately if required.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

How do I get started?

To get started, contact us and tell us about your needs. We’ll review your request, confirm availability, and guide you through onboarding so you can start submitting requests right away.
