What happens if my project requires more than design work?
TL;DR
Our subscription plans focus on design services. If your request involves additional needs, contact us and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate it.
If your project needs more than design, we evaluate it before putting it into the subscription. Some needs can be coordinated inside the monthly flow, but others require separate scope, team, or phases. Saying everything fits inside the plan would be convenient and unserious.
Design does not solve problems that are not defined yet
Many requests arrive as a piece, but the real problem sits earlier. A landing page that does not convert may have a messaging problem. A confusing presentation may have a positioning problem. An interface that is hard to use may need research, wireframes, and prototypes, not just a cleaner visual layer.
When we see that difference, we tell you. The subscription is for executing with continuity, not for hiding lack of strategy under more production.
What usually falls outside the monthly scope
- Complete branding: positioning, messaging, identity, brand manual, and core applications.
- Site from scratch: content strategy, architecture, design, development, and full implementation.
- Complex custom functionality: integrations, advanced logic, or development that goes beyond maintenance and web adjustments.
- Specialized production: video, motion graphics, complex animations, photography, or outside resources.
The right format depends on the risk of the work
If the request has many business decisions, dependencies, or structural impact, it should be treated as a project. A branding project or a full website project has clear phases, formal review, and defined deliverables. The subscription, instead, is built for ongoing design and development operation.
If a request needs to discover what has to be done before doing it, do not force it into the subscription.
