What does Ander Agency's web design and development process actually include?
TL;DR
Strategy before design: content strategy, site structure, and how the site will support your sales motion. Then design, build and a CMS architecture planned so your team can operate it. You get a self-managed site, access for your team, and the training to run it.
Ander.Agency’s web process includes content strategy, site architecture, visual design, development and handoff so your team can operate the website. The idea is not to deliver a nice mockup. It is to build a clear, administrable sales tool aligned with how your company sells.
Strategy defines what the website has to say before design
We start with Discovery & Strategy. We work with founders, CMOs and client stakeholders to understand the offer, audience, objections, commercial priorities and content structure. We do not run focus groups or interview end customers. The goal is to define what the website has to explain to support the sales process.
Then comes Exploration, where visual direction, hierarchies, references and possible paths are organized. Only with that base do we move into Design. This prevents the first conversation from being purely aesthetic, which is usually a signal of execution without criteria.
Development is planned so the website can be operated
In Implementation, we build the website in Webflow or custom technology, depending on the case. The CMS architecture is designed so your team can edit content, create pages and maintain consistency without depending on us for every adjustment. The project is delivered in Figma and, if it is Webflow, transferred to the client’s account at the end.
- Content strategy: messaging, structure and priorities by page.
- Site architecture: navigation, templates and CMS organization.
- Design in Figma: layouts, components and applied visual direction.
- Development: implementation, responsive, technical foundations and CMS.
- Handoff: training, operational documentation and support line.
Reviews are built into the process
Each phase includes one review week, with up to 3 consolidated feedback rounds. If there is no feedback within 5 business days, approval moves forward automatically. A web project usually takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on scope and client response speed.
The process has to connect internal research, design, development and migration without splitting the project into silos.
“They designed our UX/UI, developed the site and migrated it to Webflow while analyzing our target audience along the way. The project was managed with real professionalism and every milestone was delivered on time.”
Lucio Wainberg, Head of Marketing, Buildonline
