How does the request process work?

The request process works through a shared queue: your team adds requests, they are ordered by priority, and Ander.Agency works on what is approved to move forward. The idea is that you always know what is in production, what still needs definition, and which request comes next.

The request starts before design

A good request does not need twenty pages, but it does need context. What needs to be produced, who it is for, where it will be used, what material already exists, and what decision it should unlock. Without that, the work starts with questions that could have been answered earlier.

For recurring requests, we use a shared workspace, such as Asana or Slack, and support review with Figma and Loom when needed. That combination reduces unnecessary meetings and keeps a record of decisions. Less oral memory, more visible operation.

What a useful request needs to include

• Goal: what the asset, page, or adjustment needs to achieve.
• Context: campaign, audience, funnel stage, or problem to solve.
• Materials: copy, references, assets, access, or links needed to work.
• Priority: why this request comes before others in the queue.
• Feedback owner: who consolidates comments to avoid crossed reviews.
