Do you work internationally?
TL;DR
Yes, we work with clients worldwide across different time zones. Our process is fully remote and built for smooth international collaboration.
Yes, Ander.Agency works internationally from Buenos Aires with a remote and nearshore model built for real collaboration, not blind handoffs. The UTC minus 3 time zone gives us concrete overlap with the United States, Latin America and Europe, three markets where work rhythm matters as much as the quality of the deliverable.
The time zone allows shared working hours
Buenos Aires is on UTC minus 3 all year because Argentina does not change time in summer. Compared with the United States East Coast, the difference is usually one to two hours depending on the season. Compared with continental Europe, it is four to five hours, so the Buenos Aires morning overlaps with the European afternoon. With Latin America, the difference is minimal or none.
That makes nearshore work practical: you can review, decide and unblock within the same workday. You do not depend on a chain of messages someone only sees the next day. Same remote work, less operational friction.
Remote collaboration holds up with rhythm, tools and clear review
We work in weekly sprints to keep progress visible and avoid projects that lose momentum. Management runs through Slack, Loom, Figma and Asana, with reviewable deliverables and consolidated feedback. Each phase includes one review week, with up to 3 rounds. If there is no feedback in 5 business days, the phase is automatically approved.
- Slack: daily conversation and quick decisions when needed.
- Loom: asynchronous explanations without turning everything into meetings.
- Figma: visual design review, comments and handoff.
- Asana: task tracking, priorities and sprint progress.
Nearshore works when there is senior judgment on the other side
The nearshore model is not enough if it only changes the provider’s location. The combination we look for is compatible time zone, remote process and senior team. That logic also appears in the Thaloz case, a brand built around nearshore solutions.
International remote work needs clear communication and technical decisions that protect the scope.
“Ander.Agency redesigned our website with a multilingual structure and strong storytelling. They consistently provided prompt, high-quality responses”
Raúl Barrau, Partner & Strategic Director, 369
If your team is in the United States, Latin America or Europe, assess the real time overlap before hiring: if you cannot make decisions together during the week, the process will pay that cost.
